What is UI2?
Simply stated, we’ve combined the principles of Experiential Learning and User Innovation to create a framework that equips ASOP Girls to be the driving force behind our online growth and future success – from both sides of the user experience!
How does it Work?
Like Fashion, ASOP’s development cycles are divided into four (4) seasonal Collections – Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.
Senior fashion students (Lead Users) recruited from the nation’s top design programs will assemble into Student Agencies and be given the charge of running the day-to-day production of ASOP – each launching one of the four Collections.
Working in collaboration with ASOP’s core design team, Student Agencies will not only manage ASOP’s daily productions but will act as the primary creative drivers by engaging and retaining ASOP’s target audience.
ASOP Girls (End Users) will join ASOP to pursue their goals for achieving a career in the fashion industry and actively contribute creating a community that is 100% representative of their unique and diverse interests.
ASOP Girls are the community voice and ASOP’s platform the conduit by which their collective online voice will continually be heard.
What’s the Hook?
In partnership with the participating fashion programs, each Student Agency member will earn an Independent class credit for their ASOP participation – providing an additional educational benefit to their Real World experience.
We saved the best for last – the Student Agency with the most popular Collection showing and highest quarterly member retention will receive an ASOP sponsored trip to New York for the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week 2009!
